A Day of Reading, Service, and Sisterly Collaboration
Brother Huey Spearman and Brother Kenneth Kirksey proudly represented the Rho Mu Lambda Chapter during Read Across America at Center Elementary School in Waycross, GA. Invited through a partnership with Jordyn Langham of the Eta Upsilon Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Brother Spearman spent time reading with students and encouraging a love for literacy. This collaboration reflects our chapter's commitment to uplighting youth, strengthening community ties, and working alongside fellow Divine Nine organizations to inspire the next generation.

Alpha Presence at Risley: A Legacy of Service Continues
Brother Prince Stokley represented the Rho Mu Lambda Chapter at the H.E.R. @ RISE Risley – Risley Roots Market in honor of Black History Month. Held at the historic Risley campus, the event brought together organizations whose service continues to uplift Brunswick and the Golden Isles. Brother Stokley engaged with community members, shared the fraternity’s mission, and highlighted Alpha Phi Alpha’s enduring commitment to education, empowerment, and collective progress. His participation reflects our chapter’s dedication to strengthening local partnerships and honoring the legacy of Black leadership in our region.
